Common Support Issues

  • Incorrectly entered phone number when signing up.

    If you have started a free trial and incorrectly entered your number, please simply start a new free trial. If you are a Daily Agape subscriber, please email support@getdailyagape.com

  • Incorrectly entered partner's phone number during onboarding process.

    For your own privacy, please do not respond to any of the Daily Questions until you have emailed support@getdailyagape.com. We will update your account and confirm when you are able to begin responding to the Daily Questions.

  • I have a new phone number, what do I do?

    Please notify us immediately of any phone number changes. Email support@getdailyagape.com with the subject line: New Phone Number.

  • Did not receive daily question and/or partner response.

    This does not happen often but could happen for a variety of reasons such as carrier filtering or system error. If your carrier filtered the messages, we will be able to test this. Please email support@getdailyagape.com
