    If you have started a free trial and incorrectly entered your number, please simply start a new free trial. If you are a Daily Agape subscriber, please email

  • Incorrectly entered partner's phone number during onboarding process.

    For your own privacy, please do not respond to any of the Daily Questions until you have emailed We will update your account and confirm when you are able to begin responding to the Daily Questions.

  • I have a new phone number, what do I do?

    Please notify us immediately of any phone number changes. Email with the subject line: New Phone Number.

  • Did not receive daily question and/or partner response.

    This does not happen often but could happen for a variety of reasons such as carrier filtering or system error. If your carrier filtered the messages, we will be able to test this. Please email
